  1. Stay Active; Don’t Retire: Keep doing things of value even after your official professional activity has ended. Those who give up the things they love lose their purpose of life. That is why, it is essential to continue doing things of value.
  2. Take it slow: We feel more grounded when we have the sense of urgency under control. Walk slowly and you’ll go far.
