In India, more than 20 crores are suffering from mental health illness such as depression, stress, and suicide. But many people don't have any awareness about it.

Mental Health is very important but our Schools don’t teach about it. It is the cause of many young adults attempting suicide for simple reasons. Mental Health is just as important as physical health. Your mental health is your Priority.

To think too much is a disease. It is the cause of mental illness. You don’t have to control your thoughts. You just have to stop letting them control you.

What mental health needs is more sunlight, more candor, and more unashamed conversation.” — Glenn Close

Tips to improve your Mental Health from my own Experience:

1. Do regular Exercise and walk in Nature.

2. Do Meditation Or Yoga. Start Journaling your thoughts.

3. Talk with your Friends/loved ones. Don’t be shy to talk about Mental Health.

4. Have a nutritious Food and a proper Sleep.

5. Try to make new habits. Rewire your brain.

Be Kind to Yourself and to your Mind. There is Hope, even when your brain tells you there isn’t.

Your Attitude matters the most. Having a Positive Attitude creates good Mental Health.

It’s Okay not to be ok. You’re not alone. This battle is not your end story. Depression is not your identity. Healing is possible. Remember, You matter the most:))
